Job Description Summary:
This role oversees technical operations to ensure accurate patient test results, manages quality assurance and regulatory compliance, trains staff, and implements new instruments and methods.Responsibilities And Duties:
40% Independently conducts advanced analyses of body fluids and tissues. Assesses the accuracy of all analytical data before results are released for patient diagnosis and treatment purposes. Interprets information by applying judgment and making decisions based on technical procedures and instrumentation. Possesses an understanding of how to correlate medical data, recognize links between various laboratory parameters, consider physiological influences, and understand how different medications and treatments may impact results.Minimum Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or related science field with ASCP (or equivalent AMT) certification required within two years of hire. Minimum two years’ experience in patient care or clinical laboratory settings.
