NVIDIA Networking Business Unit is looking for an experienced and hardworking Lab logistics operator. We are looking for service-oriented professional team player that also able to work independently to take care of multiple logistics and administrative tasks for our group.
What You'll Be Doing:
Take part of team's operations activities.
Perform physical and administrative tasks related to ordering, receiving and registering the equipment.
Maintain group's inventory in local and remote warehouses, collect, verify and ship the equipment between different labs and sites. Document and monitor the deliveries.
Work with R&D people, global OPS, buyers and finance teams to get the equipment on time.
Perform other administrative tasks and routines.
What We Need To See:
Relevant education or equivalent experience with ERP systems.
2-3 years of experience in logistic operations in multisite company.
Motivated, well organized person that has ability to perform routine tasks while seeking for ways to improve and automate the processes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Good English level (written and verbal).
Ways To Stand Out Of The Crowd:
Experience with ERP / SAP systems.
Experience in logistics support of R&D teams.
Familiarity with IT equipment (servers, switches, cables)
Willingness to learn and develop.
