Position Summary
You will lead lab compliance work that keeps our research safe, high quality, and efficient. You will partner with Lab Heads, scientists, EHS, quality, and operations teams. You will provide hands-on support for audits, risk management, sample handling, and lab safety. We value proactive problem-solvers who communicate clearly, build trust, and help teams improve. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Coordinate and deliver EHS and quality activities in the labs, including risk assessments, chemical introductions, training, and waste management.
- Support and prepare teams for internal and external audits and inspections.
- Manage human biological sample processes, including intake, reuse requests, shipping, documentation, and deviation handling.
- Run management monitoring activities and serve as secretary for site risk management meetings, tracking actions and follow-up.
- Use data to identify trends, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of lab operations and service KPIs.
- Act as local subject matter expert for lab processes, documentation control, and systems, and support change initiatives.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ laboratory experience in a scientific or regulated environment.
- At least 2 years’ experience supporting EHS or lab compliance activities.
- Experience managing human biological samples or sample logistics.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and project coordination experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working directly with scientists and lab leadership.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Experience coordinating or supporting audits and inspections.
- Experience with quality systems or frameworks relevant to research labs.
- Experience conducting risk assessments and following up on corrective actions.
- Familiarity with lab instrumentation selection, installation, or commissioning.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in lab environments.
- Certification or training in laboratory safety, biosafety, or quality management.
Working arrangement
This role is located in the United States and is offered as on-site or hybrid depending on the site and business needs. Specific working pattern will be confirmed during the hiring process.

The US salary ranges take into account a number of factors including work location within the US market, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program which is dependent on the level of the role. Available benefits include health care and other insurance benefits (for employee and family), retirement benefits, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
