We are looking to expand our VIP Onboarding & ODD Team at our headquarters in Copenhagen.
As our new KYC Analyst or Senior KYC Analyst, you will be part of a strong team focused on VIP onboarding and Ongoing Due Diligence at Saxo Bank. The purpose is to deliver best-in-class onboarding experiences, conduct enhanced due diligence, and identify and mitigate risks during Onboarding (ONB) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) while providing a great client experience.
You will work closely with stakeholders at our headquarters in both the financial crime prevention and commercial organizations to ensure a compliant, efficient onboarding journey with robust controls and minimal friction for VIP clients.
Responsibilities
Your profile
You bring solid experience working with KYC and are fluent in a Nordic language, enabling you to navigate complex compliance requirements with confidence. A strong background in AML and KYC, combined with knowledge of relevant regulatory standards, ensures you can operate effectively in a highly regulated environment. Certifications such as CAMS/ACAMS, ICA, or similar are considered an advantage.
Your ability to collect and analyse data with precision is complemented by strong attention to detail and the capacity to work independently. You excel at managing stakeholders and building productive relationships across teams.
Experience with one or more of our customer segments - private, corporate, and institutional - will help you succeed in this role. Finally, you communicate clearly and professionally in English, both in writing and speech.
