What You'll Do
Negotiate pricing and terms with KOLs/influencers and partner brands to improve project margins and overall company profitability.
Discuss and secure annual cooperation and rebate terms while maintaining strong, long-term partner relationships.
Collaborate with finance and sales teams to optimize and execute internal KOL procurement processes.
Build and manage a supplier database (KOLs/influencers) and conduct regular performance evaluations.
Monitor market trends and provide competitive pricing strategies and procurement recommendations.
Who You Are
Over 3 years of experience in digital media or influencer marketing.
Hands-on experience communicating and coordinating directly with KOLs/influencers.
Upper-intermediate or above English proficiency; comfortable working in an English environment, able to read relevant documents and handle basic work communications.
Strong negotiation and communication skills with solid numerical sensitivity; able to think logically and coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
Enjoy learning and growing in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and execution accuracy.
Nice To Have
Experience in supplier management or procurement processes within the digital media advertising industry.
Familiarity with social media platforms and the influencer ecosystem.
Proactive, self-motivated, and highly responsible.
