Mission

This position is with ING Bank Romania's Tech Governance Centre of Excellence. The mission of the Tech Governance CoE is to orchestrate the governance mechanisms ensuring that the appropriate decisions are made to align IT strategy with business strategy, while keeping the bank safe and compliant. The core of the team is made up of capabilities for Process management, Data Analytics and  Knowledge Management. We are looking to find an enthusiastic, content oriented, Knowledge Manager with a passion for IT Processes that will enhance the capabilities of our team.

Your day to day

  • Define, maintain, and execute the Knowledge Management strategy and processes for the IT organization.
  • Define, communicate, and implement people, process, and technology components for sharing, innovating, reusing, collaborating, and learning.
  • Define KM measurements for the IT organization and KM goals for all relevant members, by aligning individual and organizational objectives and report regularly on the organization’s performance against KM metrics
  • Responsible for analysing knowledge needs and taking actions to ensure internal knowledge base is properly maintained.
  • Actively participate in communities. Model the desired behaviours by being visible as a leader and member of multiple internal and external communities.
  • Manage the IT organization’s communications, by keeping all relevant employees informed about KM initiatives and IT Processes
  • Designs and delivers dedicated awareness (training) sessions for IT processes (suited for face to face and on demand delivery)

What you bring to the team

  • Bachelor degree (preferably technical)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in IT
  • Minimum 3 years experience in working with ITIL processes
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a previous role that involved knowledge management, technical documentation writing and training activities
  • Strong understanding of Excel
  • Advanced Power Point user
  • Has applied knowledge of IT processes (as defined by ITIL)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (must be able to design/sustain presentations & training materials and lead meetings in English)
  • Knowledge of Service Now (Knowledge Management) and Confluence is a plus
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design tools for interactive content creation is a plus
  • Knowledge of other Microsoft tools is a plus (SharePoint, Stream)
