A new and exciting opportunity is available to join our Learning and Performance team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. Working within the People and Culture Directorate, you’ll be part of a collaborative and forward‑thinking team that delivers University‑wide initiatives and targeted interventions to enhance employee experience, strengthen capability, and support a positive, high‑performing workplace culture.

Your New Role!  

The Knowledge and Content Specialist (People and Culture) shapes how People and Culture information is experienced across the University. This role designs and delivers high‑quality, accessible content that supports leadership capability, employee experience, and key people initiatives.

Working across the Leadership Services and People Strategy portfolio, the role translates frameworks and concepts into clear, practical and user‑centred content, ensuring consistency across the intranet, learning systems and communication channels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing clear, engaging leadership and capability resources aligned to organisational priorities
  • Translating complex policies and frameworks into practical, easy‑to‑use content
  • Curating and managing People & Culture content, including intranet and digital learning resources
  • Partnering with stakeholders to deliver consistent, high‑quality content aligned to Murdoch’s values

This Fixed Term (12 Months) | Full Time (37.5 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $99K – $109K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience creating high‑quality, audience‑focused content across multiple formats
  • Strong HR knowledge with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proven ability to adapt messaging for diverse stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Experience managing digital content with a strong eye for quality and detail
