The Role
As a Sub-Leader (team size: approx. 10 members) in a customer-facing project focused on Active Directory-based authentication infrastructure, you will lead overall operations management, infrastructure planning, design, build, and security measures.
Responsibilities include:
Design, build, operation, and maintenance of Active Directory in customer environments
Planning and implementation of security enhancement measures (authentication, access control)
Incident response, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
Customer communication for requirements definition and progress reporting
Technical support and progress management for team members
Operational support for hybrid environments, including Azure AD and cloud integration
Proposal and implementation of optimization for Group Policy, OU design, and access rights management
Environment:
Software: Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, ADFS, ADCS, MDI
Scripting Language: PowerShell

Who You Are
Experience in building and operating Active Directory, and designing/managing Windows Server environments
Experience in customer communication and negotiation, strong troubleshooting skills
Experience as a Project Leader or Sub-Leader
Fluent in Japanese (Written, Verbal)
Knowledge of authentication infrastructure (DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, etc.)
Experience with Azure AD or other cloud-based authentication platforms
Security-related certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, Azure certifications)
Strong customer-facing skills combined with technical expertise
High security awareness and ability to proactively propose improvements
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to support and guide team members
