The Role

プロジェクトマネージャーとして、あなたは非常に充実した詳細重視のスケジュールを管理します。詳細なプロジェクト計画を構築し、チームを管理し、会議やステータスコール、計画・進捗会議を主導します。リスクを分析・軽減し、財務を管理し、チームに必要なスキルを確保したうえで、期限を守り、SLAを達成し、クライアントを満足させるために活動を計画・委任します。もちろん、プロジェクトの進行に伴い計画は進化することが多いため、継続的な構造的思考を実践し、単なるタスク管理ではなく価値提供に責任を持つ必要があります。
しかし、計画や組織化と同じくらい重要なのは、コミュニケーションです。仕事の90％はコミュニケーションです。あなたはクライアント、パートナー、すべてのステークホルダーとの唯一の窓口であり、彼らをサポートし、必要なものを確実に提供します。また、技術チームやアカウントチームを含むプロジェクト内のすべてのチームとの橋渡し役でもあります。その結果、エキサイティングな多文化・多言語の環境が生まれます。要するに、人との交流を楽しみ、親切で共感的でありながら、主張すべきところはしっかり主張し、顧客からの変更要求を外交的に処理できる必要があります。
