KINESSO - Email Specialist

Position Details: 

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns to engage our audience and drive key marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering impactful and targeted messages. 

Responsibilities: 

  1. Email Campaign Development: 
  • Create and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including drafting compelling copy, designing visually appealing layouts, and selecting appropriate imagery. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing goals and initiatives. 
  1. List Segmentation and Targeting: 
  • Segment email lists based on various criteria such as demographics, behavior, and engagement levels to deliver personalized content. 
  • Implement targeted messaging strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. 
  1. A/B Testing: 
  • Set up and conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, visuals, and other elements to optimize email performance. 
  • Analyze test results and apply insights to improve future campaigns. 
  1. Reporting and Analysis: 
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. 
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of email campaigns and recommend areas for improvement. 
  1. Automation and Workflow Management: 
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of marketing automation workflows. 
  • Work with marketing automation tools to set up triggers and personalized customer journeys. 
  1. Content Collaboration: 
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual elements in email campaigns. 
  • Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and effectiveness. 
  1. Compliance and Best Practices: 
  • Stay informed about email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and ensure compliance in all email communications. 
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend improvements to optimize email marketing efforts. 

Requirements: 

  • Min. 1 year experience in email deployment platforms, CRM tools and strategy development 
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data. 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML for email template customization (preferred). 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
