Keynote Producer, Event Content and Production

Position Summary

In partnership with the Executive Producer of Event Content and Production, the Keynote Producer leads the end-to-end development and execution of keynote and main-stage programs for F5’s highest-visibility global events (AppWorld, Connect, Product Kickoff, and other Tier 1 programs). This role is responsible for translating company vision, product innovation, and executive priorities into compelling, audience-driven keynote experiences—driving content development, creative execution, and live production delivery.
 

The Keynote Producer operates as the primary driver for assigned keynotes and main-stage programs, working directly with executive speakers and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive narratives and bring them to life through presentations, demos, supporting videos, and live event production. This role requires a highly self-sufficient leader who can manage multiple complex programs simultaneously, bridging content strategy and production execution to deliver high-quality outcomes at scale.
 

Primary Responsibilities 

Keynote Content Development (30%)

  • Lead end-to-end development of assigned keynotes and main-stage segments, from initial concept through final delivery 

  • Partner with executive speakers and messaging leads to shape keynote structure, narrative, and flow 

  • Project manage content creation, including scripts, presentations, and supporting elements, by establishing clear workback schedules, working sessions, and review cycles to ensure alignment across teams and stakeholders

  • Ensure all keynote elements ladder to the overarching event narrative and messaging framework 

Creative Development & Production (30%)

  • Lead the development of all supporting keynote elements, including videos, demos, visual design, and stage moments 

  • Partner cross-functionally with Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Product & Engineering, Brand, and Creative teams to align content and execution 

  • Partner with production vendors and agencies to define scope, manage deliverables, and ensure execution meets quality and timeline expectations 

  • Bring forward innovative creative concepts and apply industry best practices to continuously elevate keynote experiences and production quality

  • Uphold and apply global keynote production standards and best practices 

Program & Stakeholder Management (25%)

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned keynote programs, driving alignment across stakeholders and workstreams 

  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent programs 

  • Facilitate content reviews, executive alignment sessions, and milestone checkpoints 

  • Ensure readiness across all keynote components, proactively identifying and resolving risks

Speaker Preparation & Onsite Execution (15%)

  • Partner with executive speakers to prepare for on-stage delivery, including messaging refinement and rehearsal support 

  • Oversee run-of-show development, ensuring alignment with keynote content and overall program flow 

  • Lead main stage execution onsite, ensuring seamless delivery across content, production, and stage management 

  • Collaborate with production teams to manage run of show, timing, and live adjustments 

  • Travel as required to support and/or oversee assigned main stage programs and live production execution 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale, fast-paced projects simultaneously 

  • Deep understanding of keynote development, creative asset development, and live event production 

  • Experience working directly with senior executives and preparing speakers for high-visibility presentations 

  • Ability to operate independently while aligning to broader strategic direction 

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills 

  •  High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and execution excellence 

  • Ability to bring forward new ideas, challenge the status quo, and elevate creative output through industry best practices 

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities in a dynamic environment 

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in keynote development, live event production, or a related field 

  • Experience in B2B or enterprise technology environments preferred 

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end keynote or main-stage program development 

  • Deep knowledge of creative development processes and workback schedules for video production and/or keynote design 

  • Experience working with global teams and large-scale events strongly preferred

  • Ability to travel globally as needed

The annual base pay for this position is: $112,800.00 - $169,200.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
