Supporting consistent delivery of the promised customer experience across terminals
Developing deep market, industry and customer insight and translating these into tangible opportunities
Acting as a key member of cross-functional deal teams for major contract renewals and negotiations
Promoting and applying Lean tools to elevate customer experience and team performance
What We’re Looking For
A transport and logistics enthusiast with strong commercial and strategic acumen, preferably with 10+ years of experience in shipping, terminals, or ocean carrier environments
Background in network, capacity, or execution functions is an advantage
Strong understanding of global shipping and terminal markets
