The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Key Account Team Manager in the Grocery Channel within CBG, you will lead key account planning and execution, leveraging your FMCG experience to drive sustainable growth while collaborating closely with internal multifunctional teams.

You will make an impact by:

• Leading account strategy and annual planning for key grocery channel customers (GMS, Super, Drug).
• Driving joint business planning with buyers, category managers, and wholesalers.
• Strengthening customer relationships and ensuring high-quality, data-based proposals.
• Managing key commercial projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Supporting team members through guidance and best practice sharing
• Achieving sales and profit targets aligned with operating plans.

Your Skills and Expertise 

 To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5+ years of FMCG sales experience.
• Experience managing headquarters-level negotiations with major retailers.
• Strong analytical skills using POS and market data.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Project management involving multifunctional teams.
• Ability to communicate in English.
