Nestled at the heart of the Alps in Geneva, Switzerland, our European headquarters hosts the Executive Committee, go-to-market functions, and Planning and Logistics teams. In Schiltigheim, near Strasbourg, our shared services center thrives with over 100 professionals managing Finance and Operations/Customer Service. Our distribution center in Cambrai ensures swift delivery to customers, while our 35+ Columbia stores adorn major European outlet centers. Finally, the Sales and Trade Marketing teams are displayed in 3 regions across Europe, close to their customers and markets.

ABOUT THE MISSION
We are creating this new role to accelerate Columbia and Sorel’s growth across Denmark and the North Atlantic region (Faroe Islands, Greenland & Iceland), with a strong focus on premium outdoor, lifestyle, and department store distribution.
The potential in these channels is significant, and your mission will be to unlock these key doors, elevate our brands in the market, and build long-term commercial partnerships that deliver sustainable growth.
You will join a small, highly collaborative local team based near Copenhagen, working hand-in-hand with our Country Manager and the Nordic Sales team. You will also collaborate closely with trade marketing, credit, account operations, and other European functions to deliver a seamless customer experience.
This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on business development, relationship-building, and structured key account management — and who is excited to shape the future of Columbia and Sorel’s presence in Denmark.
