Job Purpose

As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage relations with our key customers and be part of marketing strategy creation team.

We are looking for a dynamic and customer‑focused Key Account & Product Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will professionally represent Zentiva products to key healthcare partners (doctors, pharmacists) and support the development and execution of marketing and business strategies for your product portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote Zentiva products through various channels in line with company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and relevant organizations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to support business decisions.
  • Prepare product forecasts, marketing plans, and promotional materials.
  • Support sales teams with product training and marketing messages.
  • Participate in exhibitions, medical events, and other promotional activities.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company procedures, confidentiality, and safety standards.
  • Contribute to market access activities (e.g., reimbursement documentation).

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree (medical, pharmaceutical, biology or similar preferred).
  • Experience in Key Account Management or pharmaceutical field is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strategic thinking, initiative, and adaptability.
  • Good MS Office skills; English and Russian for communication.
  • Valid driving license.
