Key Account Manager for southern region/Poland

Job Title: Key Account Manager for southern region/Poland

Scope of duties:

  • Construction and ongoing maintenance of the distribution network
  • responsibility for implementing the sales budget
  • technical training on Watts products for sales partners and installation companies
  • technical support for customers
  • establishing contacts and technical support with design offices
  • investment market analysis, contact building and technical support for investors
  • organizing and conducting marketing activities supporting sales
  • participation in trade fairs and industry events
  • making technical and commercial offers for the needs of the distribution network and investments
  • hybrid work, 2+3 (2 days home office, 3 days business trips), depending on current needs

Requirements:

  • higher education in a specialized field
  • many years of experience in the heating, installation or water treatment industry, the perfect mix
  • knowledge of the market in the above-mentioned industries in the region
  • experience in sales for distribution, cooperation with installation companies, design offices and investment service
  • creative and pro-sales attitude
  • experience in home office work and intensive business trips
  • driving license category B
  • good knowledge of the Office package
  • knowledge of English at B1 level
