We are currently seeking a Morocco‑based Key Account Manager (KAM) – Vaccines to join our franchise and lead strategic engagement across key public and private healthcare accounts in Morocco.

Position Summary

The Key Account Manager – Vaccines is a critical customer-facing role responsible for driving access, uptake, and sustainable growth of our Company vaccines portfolio in Morocco. This role focuses on strategic account management, stakeholder engagement, and value-based partnerships across priority accounts, including public institutions, large hospitals, vaccination centers, and other strategic healthcare stakeholders.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to customers, leveraging a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, tendering and procurement processes, and our vaccines value proposition—while always operating in full compliance with our Company policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management & Customer Engagement

  • Develop and execute account plans for priority public and private accounts in Morocco, aligned with franchise and country objectives.

  • Build and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and technical experts.

  • Identify customer needs, challenges, and priorities to deliver tailored, value-based vaccines solutions.

  • Position our Company as a partner of choice through scientific, strategic, and ethical engagement.

Vaccines Portfolio Management

  • Drive adoption and growth of our Company's vaccines portfolio across assigned accounts.

  • Ensure strong understanding of vaccine indications, value messages, and real-world impact to support informed decision-making.

  • Expand existing accounts by proactively identifying opportunities aligned with customer and public health objectives.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Medical and Marketing teams to ensure coordinated customer engagement.

  • Contribute to country and franchise planning processes through insights from the field.

  • Actively share customer insights to inform strategy and execution.

Performance, Reporting & Compliance

  • Deliver against sales, and engagement objectives in line with agreed targets.

  • Prepare accurate forecasts, account reviews, and performance reports using key account metrics.

  • Operate with the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and integrity, fully adhering to our Company policies and local regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles within pharmaceuticals or vaccines.

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving business objectives in a complex healthcare environment.

  • Strong understanding of Private and public sector accounts, institutional customers, and account management.

  • Solid analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Fluency in French and Arabic; good working knowledge of English is required.

  • Based in Morocco with willingness to travel nationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in vaccines, biologics, or public health–related portfolios.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare policy, immunization programs, or access pathways.

  • Experience working in cross‑functional, matrix organizations.
