About the Team: This team is directly responsible for the growth of Transit-Offline Railways business vertical.

About the Role: Paytm is looking for an experienced sales professional & people manager to be a part of the Transit-Offline Railways vertical.

Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Identify and resolve issues raised by the sales team promptly.
2. Identify and resolve issues raised by the sales team promptly.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding post-go-live concerns.
4. Address queries and EMI-related issues, explore cross-sell revenue opportunities, and provide effective solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
5. Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and support the SG grade Hiring.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.  
7. Sales dashboards/MIS creation & Data analysis & amp; interpretation – providing key inputs to the sales team.
8. Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

5. Experience in payments and finance is a plus - though not mandatory.
