What you will do

You will join the Online Sales Team in Itay Market on a journey to achieve ambitious business growth and leadership objectives in the region.

As KAM Online you need to be passionate, proactive, self-driven and motivated to join a team of open-minded individuals.

You will be responsible for managing strategic costumer accounts at a national level, maximizing all opportunities for sales within the accounts.

Activities and areas of responsibility

  • Managing online accounts for the company (Amazon, Pure players, Click & Mortar) and building relationships with key personnel.

  • Networking within national accounts in order to secure all business opportunities.

  • Ensuring internal company functions giving the highest level of customer service to national accounts.

  • Monitoring incoming orders and ensuring these are fulfilled effectively.

  • Holding regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders about key accounts.

  • Investigating and resolving queries and issues raised by national accounts.

  • Taking a proactive approach to account management.

  • Arranging meetings with all relevant decision makers within the customer.

  • Holding business reviews to assess opportunities for sales.

What you need to succeed

Must have

  • Clients management skills & Sales and Business Development experience and proof of this

  • Marketing Background

  • Familiarity with Consumer Electronic Goods market

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.

Professional experience: 1–3 years of experience within the Consumer Electronics, SDA or MDA Market

Soft Skills:

  • Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to lead cross-functional activities.

  • Team working

Languages: fluent in English and Italian
