ROCKWOOL Italia is looking for a Key Account Manager – ROCKPANEL to strengthen our presence in the Italian ventilated façade market, ensure alignment across sales, marketing, technical and market execution and accelerate profitable growth.

Location: Italy (with regular travel within Italy+ occasional international)

Reporting line: Key Account Manager Façade

What you will be doing

You will act as a strategic link between ROCKPANEL and the local organization, ensuring strong alignment across sales, marketing and technical topics while developing the market and building long-term customer partnerships.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Key stakeholder management: build strong relationships with installers, façade specialists, manufacturers, cutting hubs/centers, strategic partners and professional users to support long-term growth.

  • Business & market development: identify and develop new opportunities (e.g., installers, developers, OEM/partners), grow existing accounts, and expand ROCKPANEL’s visibility and specification in the construction and ventilated façade segment.

  • Cross-functional execution: coordinate with Business Development, Technical, Product Management, Marketing & Communication, Sales Support and Supply Chain to ensure market fit, clear positioning, and excellent project delivery.

  • Supplier & supply chain interface: manage relationships with key component manufacturers and oversee panel cutting centers/hubs to support operational efficiency and timely deliveries.

  • Marketing support (documentation/tools/web): support internal stakeholders with documentation aligned to ROCKPANEL and ROCKWOOL Italia standards and needs.

  • Pricing support: maintain price lists and support the sales organization on project pricing strategies.

What you bring

  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture or equivalent technical education.

  • Experience in the building / façade industry (construction products, cladding systems, façade contracting, specification or similar).

  • Strong technical competence combined with a commercial mindset and customer focus.

  • Proven ability in key account management and building long-term partnerships.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written).

  • Proactive, analytical, collaborative approach; willingness to travel regularly.

  • Valid driving license: category B (Patente “B”).
