We are looking for an ambitious Key Account Manager to join our team

Join our eCommerce and Delivery Services sales team and play a key role in driving growth and results with our major Finnish and international customers.

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll develop and manage customer relationships with your assigned customers. Through you, customers gain access to all Posti’s services in all our operating countries, with focus on freight, parcels, and logistics services in Finland. You’ll work in close co-operation with operations, management, and other internal stakeholders. Together with your customers, you will build a long-term partnership by proactively anticipating their needs and delivering solutions that help them achieve their business goals.

As part of our recruitment process, we will verify the selected candidate’s credit information.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction by building strong, long-term customer relationships with your assigned customers
  • Proactively expanding sales beyond your existing portfolio and winning new business opportunities
  • Identifying customer needs and translating them into additional sales opportunities
  • Creating an account plan and providing reporting and budgeting
  • Leading contact management and price negotiations

To succeed in this position, we hope that you have:

  • Sales-driven mindset with a strong ambition to grow and develop your expertise in all Posti’s services
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles
  • Strong understanding or e-commerce
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Experience in working in an international business environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English
  • Relevant higher education degree (e.g. Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent)
