About the role
*Temporary assignment due to a parental leave - minimum 6 months*
Mission: You will lead and drive efficient and effective relationships with the Customers Assigned to achieve business targets (distribution, profit, volume) expressed in the commercial plan according to Portfolio strategy.

Your focus is on achieving the objectives of market share, sales and profitability building smart and efficient customer relationships and brilliant execution of activation plans. To achieve our ambition is crucial to ensure our brands are activated brilliantly at scale beyond our RTC.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
-Develop our business with assigned Customers. This implies a clear account understanding: organization and structure, key points of contact and influence.
-Strong ownership of the day-to-day customer relationship through effective negotiation, persuasion and conflict management/resolution skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and match these to specific Diageo propositions.
-Responsible for: Customer P&L. Detailed tracking and monitoring of financial performance Price and counterparts’ negotiation Promo plan definition and execution Governing depletions and stock data. Monthly forecast review (Anaplan) Closure of aging debt
-Monitor and follow up on brilliant execution through regular and consistent coverage plan within outlets. To ensure brilliant execution you will have to engage and lead wide range of stackeholders internal (Commercial, Customer Marketing, NRM) and external
For your position you will:
About you
Experience in Account Management, ideally On Trade RTM - Sell in (distributors & wholesalers).
High energy and drive.
Results-orientation, trustful.
Good relationship-building skills
Strong in brilliant execution within Customers
Good negotiations skills and solid communication.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
RTM & RTC experience is a great plus.
Skilled in Diageo Commercial administration procedures
Fluent in MS Office (especially excel).
Fluent in Spanish and an intermediate level of English.
