We are hiring immediately for a Key Account Manager – Oil & Gas who will be responsible for fostering wide, deep and collaborate relationships across several strategic accounts within your territory such to support sustainable revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Role Overview: The role will entail building close relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers within the client organisations, understanding their short to long term outlook and plans, and ensuring Aggreko have a strategy which is aligned to achieving the clients goals, ensuring we are partner of choice and maximising revenue growth and profit for Aggreko.
The role will report into the Area Sales Manager, and you will work closely with other sales team members, operations, project delivery and other support teams
What you’ll do:
Create commercially viable propositions with a consultative approach around energy transition
Form and nurture trusted relationships at all levels of the client organization.
Manage account relationships and stakeholders at all levels of the client organization.
Identify and influence decision making within the organization.
Seek out and understand client pain points and needs.
Create and develop opportunities within the accounts.
Develop and deliver winning strategies for account growth.
Develop methods and approaches to continuously improve customer overall satisfaction.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Significant sector experience and existing relationships.
Minimum 5 years of successful high-level sales experience in a Technical/Commercial role.
High levels of professional motivation, commitment and loyalty.
Ability to work under own initiative within minimal supervision.
Excellent team working and communication skills.
Target driven and results orientated with a track record of consistently exceeding your targets.
Valid driving license.
Saudi National preferred.
Good ability to read, write and speak English and Arabic.
