The Key Account Manager is responsible for developing and managing long‑term partnerships with Mass Market chains, driving sales growth, and ensuring strong execution of Haleon’s commercial and trade marketing strategy across priority brands.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long‑term partnerships with Mass Market chains.
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans in line with the approved business plan.
Lead annual negotiations with key accounts, agreeing on commercial terms and trade marketing budgets within approved limits.
Manage contracts and related documentation in line with Haleon policies.
Deliver sales targets, KPIs, and planned market share for Haleon priority brands.
Ensure product availability, appropriate stock levels, in‑store visibility, and execution of promotional materials.
Implement distribution development initiatives, promotional activities, and new product launches.
Analyze sales results, promotion effectiveness, and competitor activities within MM chains.
Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and budget control for assigned accounts.
Cooperate closely with the distribution department and other internal teams.
Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, ethics, and procedures.
Requirements
Higher education.
3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or mass market.
Experience in negotiations and cooperation with key accounts.
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Solid knowledge of sales planning, basic finance, and marketing execution in modern trade.
Proficient MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Valid driver’s license.
English – nice to have.
