Key Account Manager Hematology

Field Worker - POL Full time

We are looking for a purpose-driven Key Account Manager (Oncology Hematology) to lead the strategy for their territory and build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and institutions. You will drive access and adoption of GSK’s oncology portfolio, supporting successful launches and long-term growth of our hematology pipeline to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Promotion & Education: Engage specialist healthcare professionals using a 360° omnichannel approach. Maintain strong knowledge of GSK’s hematology oncology portfolio and current scientific advances.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Lead high-quality scientific discussions to ensure appropriate use of GSK therapies. Tailor engagement to customer, institution, and patient pathway needs.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans for key healthcare organizations to drive patient value and territory growth.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze regional performance, market trends, competitors, and customer insights to shape effective sales strategies in collaboration with marketing.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Operate in full compliance with industry standards, maintaining accurate records and representing GSK with integrity and a patient-first mindset.
  • Collaboration & Insights: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support launches and initiatives. Share market insights and attend key industry events.
  • Accountability: Manage territory budgets to ensure high-impact activities and strong return on investment.

What You Bring to the Role

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years in oncology, including at least 3 years in hematological oncology (myelofibrosis and multiple myeloma preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales/KAM experience with successful product launches (preferably in oncology).
  • Hospital-based experience and strong understanding of the Polish pharmaceutical and reimbursement landscape.
  • Proficiency with CRM and digital tools.
  • Fluent Polish and strong English skills.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license.

The annual base salary in Poland for new hires in this position ranges from PLN 167,250 to PLN 278,750 gross, taking into account a number of factors including the candidate’s skills, experience, education level and the market rate for the role. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion). All statutory benefits will be maintained in accordance with Polish law. Other benefits may also be offered, which may include private healthcare, additional paid days off, life insurance, private pension plan and fully paid parental leave & care of family member leave. More detailed information on the total reward package applicable to your role will be supplied during the recruitment process.
