About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing sales, profit, market share, and visibility results. You will build strong customer relationships to ensure partnerships deliver mutual value in both the short and long term, aligned with Haleon’s business strategies, goals, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop credible relationships that lead to win-win agreements, ensuring Haleon’s strategy is implemented.

  • Build annual customer plans and ensure regular monitoring of its execution.

  • Participate in the preparation of the negotiation strategy and executes.

  • Prepare and execute annual negotiations with all given accounts.

  • Monitor G2N and ensure that the NRM targets are achieved. Participate in the annual pricing exercise.

  • Gain agreement on annual activation plan and monitor the brilliant execution. Negotiate robust listing for our NPDs.

  • Monitor and amend KPIs that relate to execution (e.g., SOS, SOA, 2ndary placements).

  • Identify opportunities based on customer insights and work cross-functionally towards translating them into actionable category proposals.

  • Collaborate with all the commercial teams for the development of Joint Business Plans.

  • Monitor competition and identify risks/opportunities.

  • Ensure regular reporting.

  • Responsible for the forecasting cycle.

  • Preparation of regular Key Account Reviews.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Management, including Key Account or Field Sales Management.

  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.

  • Expertise in strategic planning, insights mining, relationship management, and account strategy.

  • Proven ability to manage high levels of complexity.

  • Ability to solve problems and drive solutions forward.

  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.

  • Results-driven, resilient, with strong decision-making capabilities.

  • Skilled in creating business solutions and role modeling company values.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.

  • Advanced level of English.

  • Valid Category B driver’s license.

  • Experience in Mass Market is preferred.
