Responsibilities:
- Drive customer product sales development to support revenue growth.
- Develop and strengthen key customer relationships.
- Lead commercial negotiations across product groups ensuring profitability and alignment with business unit goals.
- Lead and contribute to regional sales planning and KPIs.
- Lead, guide and manage regional Account Managers on the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business or engineering.
- Strong product and solution selling experience in Automotive.
- 5-10 years experience gained in automotive Tier1 supplier with extended negotiation experience
- Experience in development/cooperation with OEM.
- Mechanical Engineer education be a plus
- Experience in Automotive AVS be a plus
