Responsibilities:
- Customer Focus: Serve as the main point of contact for commercial and technical customer inquiries and provide expert advice on innovative developments.
- Relationship Management: Build and continuously maintain your network of strategic commercial and technical contacts at the customer.
- Key Account Responsibility: Take responsibility for sales activities and ensure business success with a focus on the energy sector within the general industry.
- Strategic Development: Develop customer-specific strategies that are aligned with long-term business goals and ensure operational success.
- Negotiation Skills: Negotiate contracts, projects and prices with your customers independently and in a results-oriented manner in close cooperation with the specialist departments.
- Marketing Support: Proactively initiate customer-specific events to present products and innovations.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies as an (economic) engineer, preferably in mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical education
- Several years of experience in the distribution of technically complex products (experience in the automotive industry is an advantage)
- Business-Level German and English
- Possess knowledge of contract law
- Familiarity with intercultural teams and customers
- Willingness to travel (approximately 50%), high self-motivation, and strategic thinking
- Experience in working with Office 365 and SAP
