Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through Key Accounts.

Manage sales and services of Key Accounts aiming to increase our company's share by serving as the primary point of contact between the account and our company.

Work with Key Accounts to identify, anticipate needs, provide solutions and co-create values.

Interact with local, regional and global marketing and technical services to successfully implement programs and strategies with Key accounts. 

Educates customers about our company's brands, identifies issues with accounts and works with appropriate personnel and external parties to effectively communicate and resolve matters. 

Achieves or exceeds qualitative and quantitative objectives .Takes ownership for results.

Monthly estimation and forecasting of products volumes for each key accounts.

Negotiate and secures mutually beneficial agreement that effectively link our company's resources to the long term business needs of the Key Accounts.

Builds effective working partnerships with Key Accounts, positioning our comany as a key strategic partner.

Stays informed of industry and competitive activities. Uses knowledge of market dynamics and understanding of the broader market trends to identify strategic access opportunities

Keeps the country lead informed of trends or other competitive initiatives that could impact our business with the Key Accounts.

Develops unique ways to grow our business with our Feedlot Key Accounts and provide solutions in the face of challenges.

Ensure wise spending that delivers a solid return on investment and is spent in a way that builds long term sustainability of the brands. 

Thorough business planning for each and every Key Accounts.

Builds an intimate knowledge of our brands, their values and positioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Animal Science.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Veterinary Phama business.

Excellent relationship building and sound communication skills

Understands animal health related industry, market trends, and business environment

Proven planning ,forecasting , negotiation, organization and problem solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment.

Ability to travel as needed.

Demonstrates growth and accountability mindset. 

Adequate technical abilities including Microsoft office applications and good analytical abilities.

Fluent in business English 

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
