Axis has something great to offer! Axis Communications has an exciting new position for a Key Account Manager – End Customers with responsibility in The Netherlands market.
As Key Account Manager it will be your responsibility to drive sales for selected end customers and to continuously find new business opportunities and close the business. A part of this role will also be to work together with all Axis departments (Channel sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering and Post-sales Support) to manage a 360º customer relation.
We are looking for a candidate based in the Netherlands, with a preference for someone located close to our office in Rotterdam.

To be successful in this role you need to have proven experience within sales and a strong business acumen, developed through your experience in selling high value solutions. You need to be able to take initiatives, challenge the status quo and suggest improvement areas. It is important to possess a strong ability to understand the customer’s needs and to create the best value proposition for each account. We are looking for someone transparent, loyal, and a committed team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and transversal organization.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Key Account Manager – End Customers you will create a business plan to identify and target end customers, including strategies to engage with them. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will build strong, long-term relationships with selected en customers, uncover new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. You will coordinate closely with and between end customers, partners and the Axis team, to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and ensure successful project outcomes. By forecasting opportunities, tracking performance against KPIs, and analyzing won and lost deals, you will continuously refine strategies for growth.
Additionally, you will represent Axis at trade shows and industry events, collaborate with marketing to generate leads, and maintain up-to-date account information, meeting reports and detailed opportunities in Salesforce - all while promoting our company culture and acting as a true ambassador of the brand.
