Axis has something great to offer! We are looking for a new Key Account Manager – End Customers responsible for DACH (Germany, Switzerland, Austria) market based in Germany.

As a Key Account Manager, it will be your responsibility for driving sales to develop and implement business plans for the existing and new large end customers.It will be your responsibility to continuously evaluate annual defined targets and to close projects inside the accounts list. A part of this role will also be to work together with all Axis departments (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Sales Engineers and Post-sales Support) to manage a 360º customer relation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a Key Account Manager – End Customers you will be responsible for the sales target, sales KPIs and development of the assigned accounts. You will develop business plans and map the assigned accounts within its complexity. You will also be responsible for the strategic management of the accounts with the goal of deepening the Axis relationship across product and solution lines, over an extended time horizon and eventually across geographical boundaries. All of this while identifying and influence the major stakeholders and the eco-system partners and coordinate activities within the different company functions.

Additionally, you will represent Axis at trade shows and industry events, collaborate with marketing to generate leads, and maintain up-to-date account information and sales reports in Salesforce—all while promoting our company culture and acting as a true ambassador of the brand.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in this role you need to have proven experience within sales and a strong business acumen, developed through your experience in selling high value solutions to End Customers. You need to be able to take initiatives, challenge our ways and suggest improvement areas. It is important to possess an strong ability to understand the customer needs and to create the best value proposition for each account. We are looking for someone transparent, loyal, and a committed team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and transversal organization.

We would love to hear from you if you have/are:

  • 5+ years in the role of Sales or Business Development preferably within IT or security industry.
  • End Customer experience
  • Account planning & mapping experience (business plans).
  • Results oriented and self-driven.
  • A high knowladge and interst in the business and sales enviroment.
  • Strategic and able to influence others through your activity.
  • Can communicate well with others and able to initiate new discussions and relationships with potential customers.
  • Structured and able to explain complex matters in an easy way.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage time and priorize.
  • Fluent in German & English languages, written and spoken
