DuPont Cyrel ® business has an opening position for a Key Account Manager located in Polanco, Mexico City. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the DuPont Cyrel ® sales strategies for the Flexographic Packaging Printing portfolio in Mexico.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage direct and strategic accounts in Mexico, acting as the primary commercial point of contact.
- Develop and execute account plans focused on revenue growth, customer retention, and portfolio expansion.
- Proactively identify and pursue organic growth opportunities including plates, equipment, technology upgrades, and services.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to value proposition development, negotiation, deal closure, and post‑sales follow‑up.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate Cyrel® solutions and value‑added services.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Service, Marketing, Service, CSR and Logistics teams to deliver a consultative, solution‑oriented sales approach.
- Promote and sell value‑added offerings such as Cyrel® Prime Box, QA Program, training programs, consulting services, and customized solutions.
- Maintain accurate and disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using Salesforce CRM.
- Represent Cyrel® in customer visits, technical meetings, trade shows, workshops, and industry events in Mexico and, when required, across Latin America.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision‑making and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
- Leverage a minimum of 3 years of experience in the flexographic printing industry to effectively engage customers, understand applications, and drive value‑based selling.
- Strong discipline in execution, prioritization, and management of multiple opportunities.
- Solid business and financial acumen with a clear customer‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to capture value across portfolio, services, and solutions.
- Agility to adapt to market dynamics and changing customer needs.
- Effective communication with impact, including negotiation and influence skills.
- Strong collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Capability to manage complex sales projects, challenges, and conflicts.
- Strategic and forward‑thinking mindset with focus on account growth.
- Ability to use data and insights to support decisions and account planning.
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both oral and written.
- Availability for travel up to 50% of the time.
