Meaningful Work From Day One:

  • Support brand building through point-of-sale (POS) activities.

  • Ensure distribution, display, and image at POS.

  • Ensure brand strategies are met at POS.

  • Rationalize POS investment

  • Budget control 

  • Communicating with suppliers and customers 

  • Manage the functions of your staff for capacity building training programs, attendance monitoring, time evaluation, goal setting, reporting on changes in organizational structure, and developing and updating job descriptions.

What You Can Expect:

  • Strategy definition:  Align strategies of each brand to the needs and dynamics of each channel within a specific Division / Sales Channel, therefore creating an appropriate regional strategy to capture existing business opportunities.

  • Marketing Channel: Create the necessary training and control mechanisms so that our marketing and promotional efforts are adequate, timely, and sufficient in the points of sale of the assigned territory, ensuring that national strategies are properly executed.

  • Promotions: Develop and decide which promotions we will participate in and develop that allow us to capture the business opportunities that exist in the territory.

  • Environmental analysis: Make decisions based on the analysis of information from the environment, consumers, competition, and campaign, redirect efforts and resources to obtain results for the company.

  • Budget control: Control the budget of the client/territory assigned in the plan to maintain the level of investment, looking for a good mix between the timing of the commitment, flexibility in changing activities/quantities, etc.

  • Personal Development: Train and motivate the sales executive team, and the merchandisers team, always seeking to assimilate the value that their actions can create for the business and for the achievement of results.

  • Financial Management: Ensure adequate return on investment of all activities related to the point of sale.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • College/University Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial area.

What Makes You Unique:

  • Proficiency in advanced English (Desirable)

  • Previous experience in the consumer goods industry.

  • Technical skills: Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, knowledge of the food or beverage channel, knowledge of Commercial Pillars; knowledge of Tax Management.

  • Behavioral Skills: Resilience, emotional balance, teamwork, sense of urgency, maturity and team leadership and conflict management.
