About the role

As our Key Account Manager for Bol.com—Dyson’s fastest-growing account in Benelux—you’ll steer this partnership to new heights. This is a hands-on role: you’ll shape strategy, execute flawlessly, and obsess over results.

If you’re already versed in Bol.com or have driven growth there before, your insights will make a real impact as Dyson builds presence and reputation.

Drive Bol.com Strategy

  • Own our commercial approach for Dyson on Bol.com, across all categories and launches.
  • Set long-term vision and expansion plans, aligning with Benelux targets.
  • Lead retail media, content, and campaign strategies—making Dyson stand out.

Deliver Strong E-Commerce Performance

  • Manage Dyson’s KPIs on Bol.com: traffic, conversion, AOV, and sales growth.
  • Maximize digital shelf impact using data-driven category management.
  • Lead launches, campaigns, and seasonal activations—delivering every time.
  • Take full ownership of retail media activation, including campaign management and joint ATL.
  • Oversee operational details—stock, order management, fulfilment, delivery slots, and quick issue resolution.

Commercial Leadership

  • Hit sales and margin targets, plan and forecast with finance and demand teams.
  • Build compelling joint business plans and activations with Bol.com’s teams.
  • Optimize promotional budgets and financial planning for long-term growth.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations—always backed by sharp analysis.
  • Organize regular business reviews with Bol.com and Dyson’s leadership.
  • Collaborate across Dyson functions—unlocking opportunities and efficiencies.
  • Champion Bol.com internally, aligning colleagues to hit targets.

Team Contribution

  • No direct reports yet, but you’ll work closely with Benelux colleagues, sharing your expertise.
  • Proactively coach and share learnings as Bol.com grows.

About you

  • Proven track record managing Bol.com or a leading e-commerce retailer (direct experience with Bol.com strongly preferred).
  • Deep expertise in e-commerce, digital retail, and online marketing.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen—always led by data.
  • Confident communicator and influencer, able to drive agreements inside and outside Dyson.
  • Energetic and ambitious, ready to challenge convention and drive exponential growth.
