Support in activities related to contractual relation with the Client
Care for renewal of existing contracts for leasing:
Informing clients about expirations of contracts
Acquiring and drawing up offers for existing clients and concluding appropriate contracts
Updating Client information within the system
Obtaining offers for the vehicles from suppliers and preparing offers for the Sales Department for new and existing clients
Preparing necessary data for changes of contracts, including all necessary reports and tables and preparation of changes of contracts
Preparing necessary reports for clients
Acquisition of new clients
Maintaining contact with existing clients
Preparation of calculations, analysis, and reports
Constant monitoring and analysis of contracts concluded with clients, determining the needs, and finding improvements for the client and Ayvens
Cooperation in development of new sales products
Daily resolving of issues with clients
Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual checks on a regular basis
