RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE
1. Dar seguimiento al portafolio de cuentas asignadas manteniendo relaciones comerciales sólidas y orientadas al largo plazo
2. Analizar métricas clave de desempeño por cuenta para proyectar presupuestos, identificar riesgos y detectar oportunidades
3. Elaborar, dar seguimiento y asegurar el cumplimiento del forecast mensual y anual.
4. Definir e implementar estrategias comerciales y de comunicación en punto de venta y medios digitales para promociones y lanzamientos.
5. Dar seguimiento al flujo de pedidos, producción y entregas, garantizando niveles óptimos de servicio.
6. Coordinar revisiones interdepartamentales para asegurar la correcta ejecución de planes comerciales.
7. Liderar, motivar y desarrollar al equipo comercial asignado, promoviendo una cultura de alto desempeño.
