Meaningful Work From Day One

  • Reporting to the Off Trade Team Leader, this role is the guardian of implementing our commercial policies with the assigned KA customers (CVS or HYPERMARKET), responsible for commercial activities and KPIs. 

  • Uses commercial skills and customer engagement to effectively drive sales, profitability, distribution and visibility.  

  •  Connects and collaborates with multiple internal constituencies/stakeholders, including Trade Marketing, Logistics and Sales Operations.

What You Can Expect

  • Achieve sales, distribution, promotion, and visibility objectives in the assigned KA customers

  • Lead commercial negotiations with HQs, following B-F guidelines

  • Execute the monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans with excellence to deliver the best presence and visibility of BF portfolio

  • Implement and evaluate the in-store promotional activities

  • Negotiate and monitor in-store merchandising at store level

  • Build strong relationship with assigned customers at key levels of the retail environment

  • Advise and monitor optimal customer inventory levels and avoid OOS

  • Track and report sell-out trends to ensure quality input for IBP(Integrated business plan)

  • Monitor and share competitor activities and market trends

  • Manager order, shipment, billing, collection process

  • Handle customer or consumer claims by leveraging internal resources

  • Manage wholesalers linked to KA customers

  • Provide monthly, quarterly, annual forecast for assigned KA

  • Lead monthly customer promotion and business planning based on B-F sales strategy

  • Lead KA investment and payment process by ensuring right documents and agreements in a BF compliant way

What You Bring to the Table

Education: High School/GED/Secondary School; College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent);

Experience: - +8~10 years of experience in Sales or Commercial role in FMCG or Drink, Beverage industry

  • +3~5 years of KA management in FMCG (Hypermarket & CVS)

  • Work experience in a multinational company

  • Proven track record of sales capabilities

  • Driving license

  • Experience: - Experience in Alcohol Beverage industry

  • Experience in eCommerce / Click & Collect

  • Experience in Trade Marketing
