Key Account Executive – Petrol and Convenience

Due to an internal promotion, Bega Group is seeking an experienced Key Account Executive to join our Perth team. This is perfect for a KAE who understands the fast‑paced FMCG landscape and excels at building strong, commercially focused customer relationships that drive distribution, retention and category growth.
You’ll bring a strong, proven sales track record and solid customer‑facing experience. You’ll confidently manage and grow our state‑based Petrol & Convenience accounts by planning and executing strategies that protect existing business while unlocking new opportunities. You will also identify and secure new business by understanding customer goals and partnering with them to achieve shared success.

Responsibilities
Lead and grow a major P&C MSO portfolio
Drive strategic customer engagement through regular monthly meetings and quarterly business reviews
Build and execute joint business plans, including NPD acceptance, target setting and promotional planning
Negotiate commercial terms and deliver financial outcomes, ensuring volume, NSR, margin and trade spend targets are achieved
Identify risks and opportunities, championing state-level strategies, sales drives and cross-functional projects to accelerate results.
