Key Account Executive

How you will create an impact

1. Performance Analysis & Tracking

  • Analyze sales, conversion rates, and member behavior for Extended Warranty products.
  • Identify relevant variances, trends, and improvement opportunities by region, format, or club.

2. KPIs & Metrics Control

  • Monitor key indicators such as conversion, category penetration, sales performance, and budget alignment.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all reported information.

3. Executive Reporting & Materials

  • Prepare periodic reports, One-Pagers, and basic dashboards for the commercial team and regional leaders.
  • Translate complex data into simple, actionable insights.

4. Commercial Team Support

  • Assist the KAM and Account Executives with data for meetings, monthly reviews, and operational follow-ups.

Prepare ad-hoc analyses for campaigns, pilots, or commercial adjustments.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • High analytical capacity and attention to detail: Ensuring 100% accuracy in every report to provide a flawless foundation for decision-making.
  • Focus on execution and delivery: Meeting tight deadlines with impeccable quality standards.
  • Logical and structured thinking: Ability to organize and align analytical workflows to ensure a "single source of truth".
  • Strong communication skills: Proficiency in delivering clear and concise reports, translating complex numbers into actionable stories.
  • Proactivity in detecting inconsistencies: The ability to anticipate potential discrepancies in the data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Multitasking and high-pressure management: Capacity to handle multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining focus on commercial objectives.
  • Order and discipline in information management: Maintaining a structured and methodical approach to handling datasets.
  • High sense of accountability regarding delivered data: Taking full ownership of the accuracy and reliability of every report provided to leadership.
  • Continuous learning mindset: A proactive drive to stay updated on new tools, retail trends, and insurance metrics.
  • Close collaboration with commercial teams: Working hand-in-hand with account managers and regional leads to align data with business needs.
  • Practical approach (Results-oriented): Less talk, more solutions; focusing on efficient execution over lengthy explanations.

Technical Skills & Expertise

  • Intermediate–Advanced Excel: Mastery of Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and large-scale database management.
  • Desirable: Proficiency in Power BI or other data visualization tools (User Level).
  • Data Handling: Proven ability to process and analyze high-volume datasets.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in a programming language such as SQL or Python.
