CHANEL is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Activation Partner to support the Fragrance & Beauty Division across the Spanish and Portuguese markets, driving both Online and Brick & Mortar performance in line with CHANEL’s brand strategy and digital transformation.

Your role@CHANEL:

Your role as Key Account Activation Partner is to contribute to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Division by designing, implementing, and optimizing activation strategies across key retail partners. With a strong commercial vision and omnichannel mindset, you will ensure that CHANEL’s product launches, marketing plans, and international orchestrations are effectively adapted to local market realities.

You will identify growth opportunities, enhance visibility, and drive performance while safeguarding brand equity and supporting CHANEL’s leadership in a highly competitive and fragmented market.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Trade & E-trade Activation: Implement trade and e-trade marketing plans across key accounts, including visibility initiatives, newsletters, and client websites.
  • Omnichannel Strategy (O2O): Adapt activation strategies to customer profiles, business models, and commercial conditions, ensuring seamless online-to-offline experiences.
  • Digital & POS Monitoring: Supervise client websites to ensure image quality, brand consistency, and optimization of internal search engines.
  • Commercial Coordination: Collaborate closely with Sales, Media, Consumer Experience, and International teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Performance & Budget Management: Manage activation budgets, analyze campaign results, and monitor online business KPIs to assess impact and optimize performance.
  • Client Development: Support the opening of new accounts and the maintenance and development of existing key partners

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening CHANEL’s omnichannel presence in Iberia, ensuring that activations are both commercially effective and fully aligned with the brand’s artistic creation and luxury standards. Your work will directly influence visibility, sales performance, and client experience across strategic partners.

What you can bring to the team:

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and results-oriented professional with a strong understanding of digital and omnichannel activation.

  • Education & Experience: Business School degree or equivalent higher education. 2–3 years of experience in Marketing or Finance, preferably within the luxury sector.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage end-to-end online and offline activation projects, handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of digital strategy across the full funnel (traffic generation, conversion), digital communication KPIs (engagement, reach, impressions), and digital investment KPIs (CPA, CPC, CPM).
  • Business Performance: Solid understanding of digital business KPIs (incremental sales, control groups, ROA, ROI, conversion rate) and POS indicators (footfall, retention rate, service menu).
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO/SEA, internal search engines, Google Analytics (a plus), and user-level technical concepts such as pixels, HTML, UX, and URLs.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills with high attention to detail and complex processes.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Confident and articulate communicator, able to foster strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
