Our Global Marketing Hub in Chennai is expanding, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who’s ready to drive high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth across APM, Europe, and Americas regions. You’ll collaborate with global teams, 60+ local Marketing & Communications teams, and bring bold, innovative digital strategies to life.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take the lead on high-visibility digital marketing initiatives, including:

• Designing and executing performance-driven SEM & SMM campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud across Google Ads, Bing, Meta, and LinkedIn.
• Building and launching multi-step email nurture and drip campaigns that attract, convert, and retain customers.
• Localizing global marketing strategies to maximize regional performance.
• Building and optimizing web pages using SDL Tridion & Adobe Experience Manager.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.
• Managing multiple exciting global projects and delivering them on time with excellence.
• Ensuring deliverables meet KONE’s global brand, content, and quality standards.

You’ll also have the chance to expand your skill set by supporting your Hub teammates in: Website content management, web analytics, and SEO.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 5–8 years of experience in PPC (search, social, and email) with global brands or marketing agencies.
• A process-driven mindset and the ability to standardize digital marketing workflows for scalability and impact.
• Strong working knowledge of CMS, website structures, and search engine principles.
• A self-starter attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
• Clear communication skills and comfort working with global, cross-cultural teams.
• The ability to adapt to the fast-paced Marketing Hub environment and collaborate closely with specialists across PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Graphic Design, and Web Analytics.
• Chennai as your home base—or willingness to relocate.
• Bonus points if you have: Certification or hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager.
