What You’ll Do

As a Junior Supplies Category Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving business success and supporting our sales teams to exceed targets.

Your responsibilities will include:

Business Planning & Analysis

  • Develop game plans, track weekly business updates, and analyze market share trends.

  • Identify opportunities and implement corrective actions.

  • Manage quota allocation and performance tracking across countries.

Financial & Operational Management

  • Forecast and plan to deliver financial and operational metrics.

  • Ensure partner-level compliance and rigor.

Performance Ownership

  • Take full responsibility for key metrics: Sell-through, Sell-to, Weeks of Stock, Channel Inventory Value, Market Share, and Contribution Margin %.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Drive the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for supplies in your district, including new product introductions and end-of-life transitions.

Strategic Initiatives & Pricing

  • Lead district-level initiatives to grow market share.

  • Manage special pricing strategies.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Market teams to achieve goals.

  • Represent our value proposition internally and externally at channel and end-user events.

Partner Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners and local sales teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2–3 years of experience in category management, P&L management, or a similar role.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Ability and enjoy working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

  • English fluency
