Purpose of the Role

As a Brand Strategy Intern, you will support the Strategy team in developing insight-driven, culturally relevant brand strategies that inspire transformative creative work. This is an opportunity to learn from award-winning strategists and gain hands-on experience in shaping brand narratives for global clients.

What you’ll do

  • Assist in research and analysis of consumer trends, cultural insights, and competitive landscapes – this can include admin or data led research
  • Support the development of strategic frameworks and presentations for client briefs and pitches, including formatting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (creative, media, CX) to ensure strategies are integrated and actionable
  • Help monitor campaign performance and gather learnings for optimisation.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with research tools is a plus.
