We are currently looking for four driven and curious individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and thrive within our Sourcing unit.
 

My name is Sunna Wadström, and I lead the Sourcing Delivery & Professional Services Strategic Sourcing team at Telia. We are a cross‑country team of highly skilled sourcing and supply chain professionals who share a passion for making a difference, creating true business value, and having a great time while doing so.
 

What you’ll do:

We bring value to our stakeholders and customers by driving strategic and complex sourcing initiatives, leading commercial and legal contract negotiations, managing supplier relationships, and supporting strong internal stakeholder collaboration.

• Start your sourcing and procurement career in a structured and supportive environment.
• Support selected parts of Telia across all Telia countries — Sweden, Finland, Norway, Estonia, and Lithuania.
• Work across multiple sourcing categories such as IT, Networks, Professional Services, Marketing, Customer Channels, Devices, Facility Management, and Field Services, while learning the ABCs of sourcing and procurement.
• Work closely with experienced Sourcing Managers who will support your development through hands‑on learning, coaching, and exposure to real sourcing cases across countries and categories.

What will help you thrive in this role:

To be successful in this role, you are at the beginning of your career - or looking to change direction and build new skills within sourcing and procurement.

• Relevant academic degree, such as an MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Economics, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience working with BI tools such as Qlik to analyze data is a plus.

Monthly salary range for this position – 1760- 2640 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
