Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with a small team of system engineers, electrical and mechanical engineers, and software developers to create a virtual prototype of the Paladin self-propelled howitzer platform
  • Use tools such as Matlab, Simulink, VBS4, Cameo, and CAD systems to create a digital representation of the Paladin
  • Perform tests and compare data against requirements and instrumentation in order to validate model performance
  • Use emerging technologies to assist in the development of the digital twin

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science (candidate may have a degree in-progress, but must show proof of degree prior to start date)
  • Candidate must have prior experience working under direct supervision in an engineering role (i.e. internship)
  • Experience with Matlab and Simulink
  • Must be US citizen
  • Must be eligible for obtaining Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  1-5 years of related experience
