Job Description

As Junior Sales Support Representative you will improve the efficiency of the Sales Teams through delivering support functions and activities.

You will cover countries in the RA EMEA North sub-region, including PLN, DACH, CEE, UK/IRE, and Nordics, with a primary focus on PLN. It focusses on providing pricing and quotation support to the Sales teams, including liaison with customer and RA teams where required, for standard products, including software.

You will report to the Sub Regional Team Leader Sales Support and is located in Poland Katowice (Francuska 46), PL.

Your responsibilities - what you will do:

Functional

  • Provide CRM data quality support and maintenance to the Sales team.
  • Provide first level support to the Sales team with internal RA processes and tools.
  • Assist the Sales team with customer queries, including signposting to the correct department.

Business

  • Assist in reducing the administrative burden on Sales team.
  • Assist in providing a great experience for customers.
  • Good experience and understanding of Rockwell products, processes and tools.
  • Keeps skills and knowledge in all areas (organizational, technical, and commercial) up to date.
  • Takes initiative in response to changing circumstances within the organization or markets.

Interpersonal

  • Provide continuing liaison with sales forces, internal departments within matrix structure, customers, and distribution channels.
  • Provides information to support effective management of the business.
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer questions and requests to foster an open environment.
  • Demonstrate behavior following Rockwell Automation values.
  • Act with highest integrity in all areas.
  • Independent working behavior.

The essentials – you will have:

Experience required for Professional Level

  • Prior experience in customer support with a technology-based organization.
  • Capability to work remotely and on the telephone.
  • PC knowledge: MS Office Suite especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Daily use of CRM packages.
  • AI literacy.
  • Ability to adopt and embrace new technologies.

Required education and capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar
  • Local (Polish) language skills
  • Excellent English language (write, read & speak) – minimum B2 level.
