Role Purpose:

As a Junior Negotiator, your objective is to handle Project Management & Design & Build contracts from the prospection to the final signature. To fulfil this goal, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the Real Estate and Design & Build Markets and develop a true passion for these sectors. You will report to and be closely coached by the Partner who is in charge of the Department.

Key Responsibilities:

General tasks

  • Follow up incoming requests
  • Attend events: Real Estate café, Facility nights, …. 

Prospection tasks

  • Prospection of direct clients and/or through partners (brokers, owners,….)
  • Meet with clients to propose activities
  • Complete pipe line and keep it up to date (sales dashboard) 

Sales tasks

  • General presentation of activities
  • Draft offers
  • Draft test fit-out plan (with architect)
  • Draft budget estimate (with build manager)
  • Visit the selected sites with client and/or broker
  • Turnkey contracts
  • Present offer and plan to client
  • Kick off meeting with Architect/Build Manager
  • Internal follow up of project with build manager
  • Occasionaly visit site with client 

Key Account Management

  • Follow up strategic key accounts on sales level
  • Follow up Design department: manage/contact architects
  • Follow up of budget and margins with Build Manager

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Very dynamic
  • At least 1 to 5 years of sales experience (hunting & farming), preferably in the same sector
  • Degree in interior design or similarProactive
