What you’ll do
Support field structure design and validation, customer segmentation and targeting, incentive calculations, and ensure the integrity of commercial reporting across enterprise data. Act as a point of contact for sales performance queries, provide planning analytics and scenario modelling, and deliver training to build stakeholder capability in SFE tools, data, and performance drivers.
Update and validate input files for new starters, position movements, and territory/structure changes; ensure accurate data flows into systems
Assist with sales target setting and calculate incentives for sales teams, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Be a touchpoint for field queries; train and upskill teams on Power BI, sales data, and reporting
Partner with CRM/digital, Marketing, and stakeholders from Sales Representatives to Business Unit Directors
Drive simplification and automation of recurring processes to free up time for higher-value work
Essential for the role
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, comfortable working with large datasets
Clear communication and stakeholder skills, able to engage confidently at all levels
Logical thinking and solutions focused simplification and automation : demonstrated ability to resolve issues and suggest solutions
Desirable for the role
Proficient in at least one of SQL, Python or R
Experience working with sales force data or commercial analytics
Exposure or experience with Power BI and BI/reporting tools.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
