Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do:

  • Support the collection, validation, and maintenance of research data from global sources
  • Manage and coordinate workflows with third-party research and outsourcing partners
  • Perform quality assurance checks to identify data inaccuracies and improve operational efficiency
  • Track progress, provide updates, and communicate challenges to research leads and stakeholders
  • Take ownership of recurring research tasks and contribute to ongoing team projects

These are the essentials you’ll need to get an interview:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable handling changing priorities and workload demands
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve processes continuously

It would be great if you had these too, but we’ll support you if you don’t:

  • Previous internship or academic exposure to research, analytics, or data management
  • Familiarity with financial markets, governance, compensation, or risk-related research
  • Experience working with large datasets or data quality processes
  • Exposure to process documentation or workflow management tools
