Job Description Summary

The Junior Remote Site Management Coordinator will be coordinating vendors and C&W services, acting as the primary liaison (SPOC) between the client and site stakeholders, and maintaining detailed knowledge and documentation of site operations. It also includes responding to service requests, attending client meetings, addressing immediate concerns, and performing additional duties as assigned.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate and manage vendors, third‑party partners, and C&W-provided services to ensure smooth delivery of site operations.
  • Serve as the primary liaison, maintaining consistent communication with the client team and all on-site stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the site’s operating characteristics, ensuring accurate documentation within the site records management system.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all client requests, service needs, meetings, and urgent concerns related to the assigned site.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall service delivery and client satisfaction.

About You:

  • College graduate with advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and strong internet/IT proficiency to support remote communications.
  • Fluent in English communication, both oral and written, with the ability to coordinate and serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients, vendors, and on‑site stakeholders.
  • Able to develop and maintain detailed knowledge of site operations while ensuring accurate documentation in the records management system.
  • Internet‑savvy and responsive to service requests, client needs, and operational concerns; CSR experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, including holidays, and perform other duties as assigned to support overall service delivery.
